Description
A selection of US Navy dinner dress uniforms. These uniforms are the equivalent of civilian black tie attire, and are typically only worn a few times a year. Most junior officers, chiefs and petty officers are not required to own the dinner dress jacket, and may instead wear their dress blues with black tie and miniature medals.
• Officer's Formal Dress, the equivilant of civilian white tie attire (only required for captains and admirals)
• Officer's Dinner Dress Blue Jacket, the equivilant of civilian black tie attire (optional for lieutenants and below)
• Chief Petty Officer's Dinner Dress Blue Jacket, equivilant to civilian black tie attire (optional for master chief and below)
• Petty Officer's Dinner Dress Blue Jacket, equivilant to civilian black tie attire (optional for all petty officers)
Feel free to use with credit. If you are interested, I have already drawn US Navy miniature medals and rank insignia, but I don't have miniature badges drawn yet except for the ones shown in this picture. If I eventually draw the full set of miniature badges, I will add a link on this page.

Looks good but may I question why you don't use elMengu's base? I drew that head in 2013 I think.
